Hey guys I'm new to this whole psx emu thing, but so far it rocks. All of the games I have tried work great...cept xenogears. I've managed to get it to run very well but I get a crash when I talk to this guy. I'm in a SMALL cell and we where just captured in a desert. I hope you know what I'm talking about. Anyway the camera changes views a little and he says something and ePSXe crashes. I've tried differnt plugins and it's not working...

Is this a problem I can get around. From what I've played this is a SWEET game. Thanks SomekindaZombie

my sys- athlon 700, abit ka7, voodoo 5 5500 agp, 128 mb ram, win 98, and I'm using a plextor 12/10/32 as my cd rom drive.

I ve heard that VGS doesn t crash at that point (I guess that there s another crash point in the game), and so u need to use it at that moment (or take a save just after this point.)

There is a program called memanager, it's a good one...
But Xenogears hangs in a point on second CD...

As a for what it's worth, Xenogears is known to be incompatible and crashing at that point (I personally crashed there). Recently the ePSXe team asked for volunteers to send in save games for crashes in games, particularly Xenogears. My guess is the issues will be resolved sooner or later (most likely later).
