Ok first of all, it sounds like you know nothing of the xbox and are looking for a pirated copy of a game. This forum doesnt support piracy. Do you own an xbox?

Assuming he does own a xbox and he has a legally dumped iso, he has to extract it from the xiso. Read the tutrials on Xbox-Scene on how to do this.

xiso is a compresed file of the game.. so complete backup... the xbe file is something like a exe file.. that is the part you need to run the game
