x800 agp and pcie question

im planning to get one of this cards but my slot is agp
my question is, is there much difference about agp and pcie cards performance?

Not at this time. Maybe future applications will use the full capacity bandwidth that PCie provides, but right now, they don't even use the full capacity bandwidth of agp8x yet.
