Guys, be patient.... the coders are coding this in their free time.. keep in mind that they must have other more important commitments in life too. When a new version is ready, it'll be out.... just be patient.

The ePSXe team took the Summer off from ePSXe. Bobbi mentioned this on the front page of NGEmu. If they have gotten back to coding on it or when they will get back to coding on it, no one knows. But I am sure that as soon as Bobbi or Thorgal hears anything, they will let us know. Until then, as kairi00 said, please be patient.
Wuwata, you will always be able to find the latest version of ePSXe here at NGEmu. Also you will find the most up to date news about ePSXe as well, if there is any. Especially since Bobbi is friends w/Calb, Galtor, and Demo, the coders of ePSXe.
