yeah, the playstation doesnt have sub-pixel accuracy so the polygons look like they are "jumping".

nah, that's the way it is. the higher you make the resolution, the worse it gets, unfortunately. you can get rid of it by playing at a lowered res (like 640x480...or actually 320x240 gets rid of it altogether) or using a software plugin, but then it gets mighty ugly. you can just try to ignore it (like i did when playing FF9 at 1152x864)
