I'm playing Chrono Cross using OpenGL at 640x480. The 3d models seem to be wobbling around as if only the viewable surfaces were being rendered. Is it normal for ePSXe? I have not much experience in this, although I have tried a N64 emulator and I did not see this happening.

nah, that's the way it is. the higher you make the resolution, the worse it gets, unfortunately. you can get rid of it by playing at a lowered res (like 640x480...or actually 320x240 gets rid of it altogether) or using a software plugin, but then it gets mighty ugly. you can just try to ignore it (like i did when playing FF9 at 1152x864)
