No wipeout for now
I hate to disappoint you, but no PSX emulator I know currently supports Wipeout 3. I own Bleem!, the Connectix VGS and epsxe. All three freeze the game as soon as the first checkpoint line is crossed.
It's one game I am really looking forward to playing on my PC, I'll keep looking for a solution.... let me know if you find one first!
