windows 7 & no zoomer help

when i start no zoomer it doesnt show up on my screen its only on the taskbar cant switch to it. no$gba2.6a runs fine though

please anybody? i need to run no zoomer so that it can fix the problems no$gba2.6 has with most games

again im running windows 7

I did both its not working. Everything looks fine it loads but it stays in the taskbar minimized. More help needed
