Wrong wrong, and wrong.

Dx 11 gpu's are in yield testing.
Dx 11 drivers already exist in the form of WDDM 1.1 capable drivers
and Dx11 benefits Dx10 and 9 in the user of additional multithreading which improves performance.

Well of course gpus are in testing, but they do us no good now.
DX11 wont benefit dx10 or 9 games without a dx11 card, well not very much at least until games specifically program it to.

Im using win7 RC2 and i dont see any benefit yet...

It will, the newer memory and multithreading methods just aren't exploited by the current drivers

RC2 is build 7200. build 7201 is outside of the Winmain branch which means its the Service Pack 1 branch. Not to mention you are slowed down by the fact its a debug enabled build which slows things down.

Its not even out yet, and it already has a Service Pack?
Maybe some stuff from Vista/2k8 server SP2?

And there will be no RC2 with debug disabled?

RC2 and RTM will both be build 7200, the value that follows will differ however. (considering the july RTM release, that sounds logical).

Service Pack 1 will be builds > 7200

No, the RC2 will not be publicly released. It will be an internal build with debugging symbols provided for debuggers and stuff.

On May 29th, there was a lot of change with the branch numbers. The previous branch number for SP was 7141.0.winmain_win7ids_sp.090528-xxxx, but has now jumped to 7200.0.winmain_win7ids_sp.090529-xxxx.The server pack’s current build number is 7225.0.090529-xxxx
7200 = RC2 and RTM
7200.0.winmain_win7ids_sp.090529 = Current SP1 alpha/prebeta
7225.0.090529 = Windows Server 2009/2010

Actually no it's not...I have access to DX10 and yes it looks good...but skilled programmers can make DX9 look just as good bar perhaps an effect or two.
