Ok...noob here. Had it running fine on my XP machine at work then copied to a flash drive, then copied onto a windows 7 32 bit laptop. When I boot for the first time i got an error...i will come back with it once I restart. But each time after I do not get this error...nulldc runs with a white background.

I load the file and i hear the dreamcast boot sound. I also hear the game sound but no video. I updated the directx, tried using nullpvr(then I cant even open a game... It must be something with windows 7...which seems to run every other vista thing I do...any ideas? Any info I can give to u guys? 1.8 ghz duocore 1gb of ram

I will find out once I get home...im at work now. Some updates though...the error message no longer appears...but the capcom vs. snk 2 game works! The others dont work...the dreamcast logo comes up fine(the sound is a little bit muffled though...dont know how to fix that since this one tutorial i watched dosnt have teh aica in the text file). When I bring the flash drive back to work....all the games load(marvel vs capcom 2, the capcom vs snk, and soul calibur), but the dreamcast logo is in black and its a bit screwy. My assumption now is that the sound is a windows 7 issue, but the video is a problem with my video card(once again ill find it once i get home....i couldnt find it in the 1 minute i looked for it in the device manager last night).

Any ideas? I am thankful and I apologize for the lack of info. Was hoping for simple fixes. It's a company laptop...dell lenovo thinkpad with the above specs.

What series? R, T and W have an ATI video card, while SL, X and XTablet have an Intel video card.
