Usually rumors suface when a game may (read "may") be ported to another system. Nothing at all has been said about Resident Evil-Code Name Veronica coming to PC. Therefore it would seem very unlikely that it will be ported.

do you know that there are pc ports of breath of fire 3, Densha de Go! 1, 2, Psychic Force 2, macross...etc?

....I know it could be possible but usually official sites should give information about them...
