Wild Arms 2 glitch? or stupidity?

When I get the boss symbol and go through Mt. Chug-Chug, I search the Sielje region but I can't find anything. I checked many walkthroughs on the location of the town, and I look where they say it is, but I can't find it. I was wondering i this might be a glitch with epsxe, or if I'm just stupid. If someone could provide me with a screen shot of where the town actually is, I'd appreciate it.
