4gig 800mh ram
vista ultimate 64bit
nvidia geforce 9800gx2 1GB GDDR3

mayby a noobs qwestion but sry for that

will a get good fps on most of the games whitout speedhacks or should i use speedhacks instead?

Depending on the game you'll need speedhacks, yes.

You should use speed hacks when it is neccessary and when it is try using different combinations as it works better.
