I have preloader installed on my Wii when I dumped it. Could that be the problem?

Maybe. I dumped my Wii's firmware before installing preloader and didn't have any problems. I guess you could try deleting preloader and then making a new dump.

And also every time I try to launch a Wii game an error pops up saying something about wii mote out of sync could be due to SCONF file loading. Pics are the errors. What am I doing wrong?

Try replacing your old SYSCONF file with the attached file. It goes in the Dolphin\User\Wii\shared2\sys directory. If that doesn't work, try a newer revision.
