I'm not sure what you mean when you say you've "clocked" it. But if you mean you've overclocked your video card or CPU, then there is your problem. ePSXe doesn't like overclocking and has problems w/it. If you have overclocked something, try setting it back to it's normal operating specs and then see if Resident Evil 3 will load.

Ooops!:emb: Sorry, I misunderstood. Maybe you are not setting some settings you had used before. That could make a difference.
If that isn't the cause, then I don't what the problem might be.

Maybe the sound plugin...just may be...
I experienced this once...either null's or pete's does it..i don't remember...just use the core one...just maybe...
