Tried to play MGS3 today on PCSX2 0.9.4,with gsdx 0.1.7 plugin, getting like 100+ FPS at title screen and menu screen, but when the game starts,FPS drops to 20 at the cinematic, and only around 12-15 FPS when playing, which is unplayable.I checked my CPU usage, only around 50%-56%,but it's using both cores. My computer has 2G ram, Intel t5450 1.66GHz double core CPU, Nvidia 8600GS and using Vista 32-bit system.O god, please tell me that there's a way to increase the CPU usage,so I can run MGS3 better,I waited so long for this game.

First of all, you are using an old graphics plugin, secondly your CPU is VerY slow. your main work is being done with the graphics card and your CPU is the bottleneck. Try the playground version of pcsx2 and download the latest plugins. you will gain some speed.
Enable DUAL CORE and MTGS options in cpu options.
Also enable NATIVE option in GSdx.
