as far as I know he looks like a nice guy...

I think sxamiga doing just fine to others. he is not as 'frontal' as CDBurnout, but when you give him the 'flames', i bet he can be 'vicious' too.

sxamiga is one of the most polite mod on this forum.

So Far the mods and admin, are doing their best for emuforum. EVERY forums on the net has their own plus and minus - man included.

DaPreppyOne, I sense that it is a good thing that you removed your message. If you were reffering to me as a "kid", might I inform you that I am 49 years old w/kids and Grandkids of my own.
I would not be a "kid" again for anything, not even if you paid me.
404 is right, I do get vicious when I am flamed or when I see others being flamed. I do not believe that that sort of thing has any place on these boards. I also don't like attitudes especially when they are nasty or mean towards others. I have never banned anyone, nor do I wish to, but I will if I have to. The way I have acted at certain times has Bobbi's full support, I know this to be true. So try to understand where I am coming from when I get angry, threaten, or close a thread. I'm doing it for the boards and everyone on them, not just myself.

Yeah I was a bit shocked when I found out a long time ago. I must say sx/amiga "is" the most polite mod I have ever known. Reminds me ... maybe I should use my power and mod these boards again

Asz, yup, I'm 49 alright. I turned 49 on March 20, 2001.
One other reason that I enjoy being on the boards and doing what I do is because PCs, PSXs, and emulation are like a dream come true for me. You see, I was born in 1952 and when I started school, we didn't have pocket calculators, digital watches, video games, etc. Color television and Jet planes were the new things, the space race was just begining, and the cold war w/The Soviet Union was in full swing. Those are the days that I come from. To be here now and to have what we now have, it is simply fantastic to me.

Yeah,sxamiga is my favorite mod with BGnome(where is he?).

BGNome is away for the summer, CDBuRnOuT is filling in for him. He will be back in the fall when he is back at school.

Asz, nope I'm not mad that there aren't any flying cars, but I must admit that when I was young and watched the Jetsons (remember that show?) that flying cars would have been neat. I've seen a lot of things to be impressed with and plenty to be sad about including Vietnam, Desert Storm, the almost start of WW III in the 1960s when JFK was president, and much much more. Still, I have to say that this is a great world to live in and a great time to be alive.

sxamiga, you're deffinitely my favorite mod out of all the forums I've seen. Not just because you are friendly, but you also seem to tirelessly help people even if you've heard the question a thousand times before. Just becareful that all these comments don't make your ego bigger than your stomach. Err no wait that's supposed to be eyes...ummm nevermind. Happy 4th 'o July
