well there are a number of dreamcast emulators but they are still in their early phases of development . at the moment none of them are capable of running any commercial games. we just have to wait for a dc emu to pop up someday or the other

I doubt it as the data stored on the High capacity track is a proprietary format. Still if anyone whats to try it be my guest. As far as I know it should only be able to read the low density track in a DVD. (approx 35 mb)

Many of the DC games are normal cds, just like it happens in the PS2, so they can be read and copied (just saw some backups of dc games working - including Shemune - and that game rocks!)

That statement is horribly wrong.

All LICENSED, ORIGINAL Dreamcast games are GD-ROM.

The only unlicensed games are a few demo CDs, bleem! for Dreamcast, and the Gameshark/Action Replay Pro...

Those are the only CD-based DC 'games' that are not pirated copies...
