Your voodoo 2 is kinda old and not even up to the specs of the Hercules Prophet 64 megs you got.. I suggest you use the Hercules prophet and use petes ogl pluggin or d3d pluggin.. Then click on the "nice" button in the pluggin config.. You can tone down the level of graphics from that if its still slow for you..

I got a voodoo5 and FF9 runs full speed with Offscreendrawing set to "FULL" and "write\read".. in lewpys pluggin..
