why do you think?
allthough you probably won't get many "official" confirmations, I think because you can acquire it very easily for pc with uh, VERY low costs.

Also, most emulator users posting here would have a pc, but not always a console.

because it's more popular than GT4 for example (not everyone are racing sim fanatics BTW. Just got that awesme game yesterday )... but I think that since it's released on PC those voices which want GTA:SA playable on PCSX2 will be more and more quiet
