This information alone is not enough to make a conclusive analysis.
Did you read the stickied FAQ thread?
Which version of No$ do you use?
What computer and OS do you try to run No$ on?
What games did you try?
Is the extension of the ROMs you try to load .nds (No$ doesn't support achived ROMs)?

You say your entire computer freezes? or just no$gba?
Is it a laptop?
Does it only happen with no$gba?

Most likely though the problem is not no$gba's fault and rather is something on your system that's breaking or overheating, like perhaps your processor or your graphics card or your RAM, or perhaps your OS is corrupt.
