Can any tell me this, there are no notices about psx emulation in some time, no plugin updates, new emulator coming, emulator updates or something, not even iori´s update, and he update ordinarilly, did the psx emulation union an accord to no update until new order or something?

There is no PSX Emu union that I know of. The reason for lack of updates is simple, it is summer time and most people are either on vacation or taking a break. In Bobbi's case, he is very busy with his personal life and also working on NGEmu. Please don't lose hope, I'm sure that updates will be coming again soon.

sometimes there are 4 new emus in a week, sometimes none;
that happens....

in the meantime, you could mess with what's already available
