well, I think shiori has the best looks, but (I also posted this in another thread), did you see tokimeki 3 in action?

So the character designs are perhaps a little less good, but the cell shading more than makes up for it (assuming that really is cell shading, but it sure looks like it)

Of course, this is from a graphical point of view. I never played any of them (well, i tried the snesversion but for me it was just a buttonmasher since i cant read the text at all).
