Well last few months i have been listening to Podcasts. I mainly listen to
"The Week in Tech", "Diggnation", and ""KFI's Tech Guy". All of the hosts are from now canceled Screen Savers. I want to know if anyone else i hooked on listening to podcasts. I find it a great way to listen to tech NEW's and remember old good days of watching the "Screen Savers"

Also i wanted to ask if anyone else listens to other podcasts? And could give recommendations to other podcasts that i havent heard of.

If you do want to listen to podcasts here are a few programs:
windows:
Itunes ( free downloading and quickspeeds)
iPodder1.0

Linux:flashPodder
Podget Sourceforge Page
jPodder

Alot more programs at http://www.ipodder.org/directory/4/ipodderSoftware

I prefer Itunes since its easy for me. But if you use the other programs you can get all the shows in mp3 which is better for rest of the people who dont have Ipods.

Voice your opinions and recommendations about podcasting.

Well i have been listening to more Podcasts recently. And found a few VideoGame podcasts that people here would probably like to hear.

http://www.gamersradiocast.com/

http://www.gamersdaily.tv/

http://cheapassgamer.com/

The Video Games Show - Look through Itunes.

Most of these dont need Podcast Programs. All you gotta do click the link the episode you want and save it to your computer.

When finding VideoGame related Podcasts in Itunes you gotta look under
Music Store--> Arts & Entertainment--> Games (under the subcategory)

Sweet. Since it's mp3 I can just download it to my Ipod right! :p Hmmm sounds cool. Since I don't have TechTV (now G4 yuck!) anymore, this seems like a nice alternative.

new iPod OS? Oooh tell me more. I really only used my ipod a couple times, not really into that whole scene.

Naw nothing that exciting.:p The ipod has an operating system (for the menus, track db etc). It's all stored on a hidden partition on the ipod (which you can access by mounting it on linux).

Anyways if you plug in your ipod and load up itunes 4.9 it'll give ya the option to update.
