Which plugins should I use

Im new to this ePSXe emulator and was wondering which plugins would be best for my system. I know testing would be best but I dont have that much time to go through all those plugins. If you guys can just recommend which plugins I can use it'll be great.

System Specs:
AMD Athlon XP 2500+
ABIT NF7-S v2 (using onboard sound)
Samsung 1024mb DDR RAM
Sapphire Radeon 9800Pro 128MB
LG 52x32x52x CD-RW Drive

I'll probably have my games as ISO on my harddrive too.

well im going to play the psx games with the iso on my hd so should i use CDR Mooby 2.8 or something else?

also i was testing final fantasy tactics and xenogears some parts there are no sounds...like when ffv comes up for fft theres no sound or music.
