I was just wondering, where my save stats are? I looked in the Pcsx2 folder under savestat but the folder was empty??

EDIT: WTF!!? My FFX svae stat (memcard) seems to be corrupted i cant load!! Man thats like 55 hours of gameplay, this sucks ass big time!! :-(

Could you see if there's a subfolder called "official" in your pcsx2 folder ?
I got my memcards corrupted once too, but I found a backup of my memcards in the "official" folder. I don't use stable pcsx2 version though.
