Thats easy .EPSXE is surely the best with amazing graphics and pretty good compatibility while CVGS has the best compatibility but graphics are not that good.
Your system should run epsxe pretty well so go for it.

and to add to what prafull said -- try impactemu it runs a few zn-1 & 2 games.
