okay this is weird i just downloaded a SPU plugin for it and the sound is kind out of tune sometimes it kinda goes up a note or two so what is the problem

Have you tried Eternal SPU plugins? Mostly works the best.

use a different audio plugin then, making threads to ***** about audio after only using 1 plugin is asinine.
