ive got a p3 500 with 256 mb of ram and a tnt2 32mb m64 pro, ill be usin an iso, what settings do u recommend

the problem is i tried a few and it gets like at the very best 4 fps!!!! id like to no why the hell that is i mean fs a p3 500 wit 256 mb of ram should b bale to ive kick ass graphics, and i use a memory program to free it all up so that aint the problem
