that depends on what game u run on the emu. i reccommend using pete's opengl plugin for your video plugin though.

Try Pete's OpenGL, internal CD, Iori's spu(or the internal). As Savage4 said, it may vary according to the game you play. epsxecutor is great for that.

Sorry, dude. I don't have the game. I think you'll have to try the settings by yourself until you find the best config.

the problem is i tried a few and it gets like at the very best 4 fps!!!! id like to no why the hell that is i mean fs a p3 500 wit 256 mb of ram should b bale to ive kick ass graphics, and i use a memory program to free it all up so that aint the problem

4fps? That's strange. I have a PII-400, 64mb and I can play all games with almost full speed(except when there are some framebuffer effects). What plugins are you using? Are you reading from a cd or iso?
