RGB stands for Red, Green, Blue, A form of video output and generally the way all video is created.

Your PC monitor is a special for of analog RGB, the old VGA monitors were Digital RGB and could do a mazximum of 16 colors.
RGB is basically seperate Red,Green and Blue signals on seperate wires going to a video reciever or RGB capable TV.
