True, you can't use AA for OGL2. You can for OGL and D3D though. OGL2 makes up for this by letting you use various fancy graphics settings. If you have a good GPU, then OGL2 is probably the best due to compatibility and options. However, OGL is great for speed and fans of AA, and particular games that don't like OGL2 (e.g. MGS).

You can't use AF with PSX emulation at all since AF filters on the Z axis, something the Playstation doesn't have at all. If you turn on AF you will end up forcing either bilinear or trilinear (one of em) filtering which can cause graphics glitches.
