The white and orange one would be the:
Silicon Image Sil5723 Serial ATA Raid connectors
(7-pin Sata_E1 (orange = port 0) 7-in Sata_E2 (white = port 2)
for more information about other asus board, you can look it up at asus and download the manual of the mobo. It's written in there...
The usual red ones would be ICH10. And they are usually better than the extra sata ports on Asus boards...
