hold down shift for 8 seconds. (or is it press shift 8 times? something like that), after that a dialog pops up and asks you if you want to use it.

I'll tell ya what it does. It crashes Half-Life 2 when you're fooling around with the merry-go-round in the city!

Makes shift act like a CapsLock, but for all shifting things, DISABLE it so u dont get pissed and through your keyboard across the room like I did (...stupid wierless keyboard...)
