What are the best bios, settings ect to make tekken 2 run full speed?
Im using petes d3d driver 1.75 and its a bit slow...
Also, the sound breaks up a bit using eternal spu plugin 1.41.

Also, running off a ISO on my hard drive.

Not really a expert on psx emulators...

Not sure what specs u want or where to find them but i know...

Intel pentium 3 processer
933 MHz
256 MB of ram
Soundblaster 5.1

hmm...do you have the latest drivers for your videocard (and by that i mean NOT off windows update)?

otherwise, have you tried Peops? or Pete's D3D DX6?
