You know some games get announced for some console and then they get switched to another. Some others are worked on before getting cancelled. Do you know what happens to these games? Mostly they are beta and some aren't complete as well.

Some of NeoGeo rumoured prototypes were released either as official games like "Zuppapa" or as a part of an unofficial rescue for these games where their 1 or 2 only copies are shown at Ebay like "Ghost lop" .
Anyway, the games/demos I really want to put my hands on are:

1) N64 version of Resident Evil Zero. (It was developed for N64 at the start, and there were many images and some movies too)

2) Final Fantasy SGI demo on N64. (Which was called FFX in the past, and showed a demo battle between some FF6 character and a monster)

3) Last Blade 3 (NeoGeo) : SNK showed the game to some people (Ranging from critics and game reviewers in magazines) , no pics were taken though. But the guests calimed it had the best 2D view ever seen (I personally don't know if Garou was released at that time). Anyway, Last Blade 3 got some release dates but was never released :( .

4) Garou 2 (NeoGeo) : It was just a rumour, there was no official talk about it too.

5) Chrono ressurection (N64 in the past and PC now) : You know that Chrono Trigger remake project, which was cancelled by Square it self. At the start it was planned for N64 with 2 versions of gameplay on a 512 mbits size cartridge.
A) A 3D remake of CT. (on 640*480 or 320*240 resolutions choicements)
B) A 2D remake of CT with better 2D visuals. (only on 320*240)

6) Buriki one (PSX) : The last game on Hyper NeoGeo 64. It was going to be ported for PSX, but it didn't happen :( .

7) Samurai Shodown 64-2 Warriors Rage : Another game for HNG64 which was the first to ahve Asura.

I know that these prototypes are hard to get, but on the same time, I need to know more about them.

Usually the concepts get scrapped or the ideas get used in another title.

Sometimes the game concept becomes buried in a "To Do" list, and never resurface

Sometimes some loser on top feels that the game won't sell and shoots it down

Sometimes an inside developer says feck it and leaks out the beta (Thrill Kill, Sonic 4, Mother, etc)
