Trying to play Resident Evil with a 2.5GHz core 2 duo CPU. With dual core enabled, it runs at 10-25 FPS. But with dual core disabled, it never go below 25 FPS. Is this a known issue for this particular game?

in resident evil remake, you can enable dual core BUT, make sure you disable idle skipping and optimize quants. and also never use force filtering
