I don't think so dude.. PJ64 requires a more powerful cpu.. Your video card is good but your cpu is holdin you back.. I have a voodoo 5 as well and Pj64 runs full speed.. But my cpu is a lot faster than yours.. Try Ultra Hle or the new Suprahle.. They should be faster then Pj64 for you since you have a voodoo card... Corn is also a nice alternative if you like play Mario 64..
u r u pretty under spec, plus u own a voodoo 5, which is pretty shite for modern n64 emus like pj64 (or anything based on zilmars spec). go to www.smiff.clara.net , theres some good speed up tips.
I agree with fivefeet8, your cpu is the bottleneck of your pc. Get a better one, and pj64 will fly. I have a PentiumII 400 also, but my whole computer is outdated(I have a Voodoo2), so I'll have to buy a whole new one.

Ummm, i don't think so!!..I have a voodoo 5 and a geforce 2 GTS and BOTH run pj64 just fine. In fact the voodoo 5 looks a LOT better graphically.
Saying a Voodoo 5 is a bad card is just plain wrong. Your PERSONAL choice may be to not use voodoo, but anything you say beyond that is not fact. Want proof, buy a voodoo 5 and see for yourself.
Exactly, I own a Voodoo 5 5500 as well and I can not beleive the visual quality you get with 4xFSAA turned on and still allowing games to be playable. The card rocks! and its nice to see that people are taking on the challenge of writing new drivers for it.

check these out for xp, they make some incredible claims. I'm looking forward to the upgrade
so... a simply upgrade from PII 400 to PIII 450 wont help?
No, I'm pretty sure not much difference will be noticed. You should try a new mobo, with a better cpu.
