When i was using my voodoo3 3000 pci on winxp for my bt machine (have since moved up to radeon 7000 agp), i used the amigasport drivers available here : http://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/3dfx/voodoo3/winxp.htm . The site is italian but dont worry, the readme is in english. it worked just fine. However,I never tried gaming with these.

However, the newest set available are these ones here : http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=886 but ive never tried them b4. If you want you may want to give'em a go
