I have a VideOh! PCI (AVC-2010) and i was wondering if there is a media player thacould select it so I can view whats its sending to my pc full screen cause I dont want to record it I just want to view it. I hope somebody can help.

Is this a capture card or a tv tuner? Because of the way you write it seems as it's a normal video card. If it's one of the first 2 options then you can try dscaler as it will work for you purpose.

well looks like its a capture card made by adaptec of all ppl. umm as for software try dscaler, cyberlink powercinema

tried both but cyberlink didnt see it and dscaler failed to start the device plz any other sugesstions would be good.

They are the best programs. Perhaps you should choose a different brand in the dscaler config until it works. This has happened with me and some others.
Your card should have come with a program in cd able to do what you are trying to accomplish.

Anyway, try asking at the forums of http://tv-cards.com.
They should solve your problem.

but its not a tv card its a video capture card so my cd doesnt have the program to do it but thx for the website i have a look through it.

It doesn't matter. Dscaler should detect it even if it's under a different name/brand. Same for the forum.
Capture cards more often than not include a coaxial-in so tv can be tuned. Even if yours doesn't have it, there are knowledgeable people there.
