Hello.

I have been trying to emulate Vib Ribbon from an image burnt on a cd-rom. I have heard from several places that people have had success running Vib Ribbon in Epsxe v1.7 but I have not be so successful. The image works fine in the PSX emulator so the problem must lie somewhere in the emulator. I can get it to boot the game but it crashes everytime i go to Game and the loading screen comes up. Any Suggestions? Or is there any plugins i require which i don't have?

its probably the disk, epsxe is temperamental about incorrectly burnt disks.

No the disk works fine. I eventually got it working though using P.E.O.P.S plugin. Cheers anyway.
Please write which plugin did you used, I am not able to get to own CD disc menu unless I use the ePSXe SPU core 1.7 sound plugin. But then if I insert the bin/cue image of the AudioCD or when I insert a CD image to the virtual drive, the game doesn't detect it. I tried many cdr plugins but it didn't worked. I used two different programs for creating AudioCD images. Maybe I should try the physical CDs.

You won't be able to get it to work with your own audio CD. You can play it with the Vib Ribbon CD but thats it! You better off going on ebay and picking up a copy thats what I did. Only £15 delivered and works like a treat in my PS3.
