I find out how to play Wip3out, friend! (with the best emulator ePSXe of course!)

First, you need to download a patch.

Next, download Pete CDR plugin 1.7.

You should now configure the CDR plugin by checking the "Use PPF patch file option" and selecting the patch. (don't use the "Enable accurate timing" and "Disable cdrom status" options, they prevent the utilisation of the patch).

Now, you can play!
