on VBA-M i have a save file there but can i use the same save file there on VBA and if so how?

.sav files yes, but make sure you grab the 1.8 svn build rather then the beta(fixes for save formats)

save states, no.

you should just be able to run 1.8 and have it load the .sav automatically.

when i play whit the VBA version 1.8 i get the save game there but i dont get the save game from VBA-M

^ just save in VBA-m in game, then just import the battery(save game) from the menu in to VBA.
