Played this before years back with earlier settings of PSX, never had an issue, with the current PSX and plugin today, the game was running fine until I got to the world map then bam, my FPS drops to 10, game is unplayable and laggy.
I have changed bios from SCPH to the default one, messed around with graphics settings, and no luck.
