I tried to use a rewritabl dvd so i could keep the ISOs in the computer and with some of these dvds i wouldnt be storing thousands of dvds.

But when i try to execute the game it runs the PS2 usual intro then the PCSX2 stop working.

What should I do? I already tried to use all cdvdrom that comes with the emulator

1. Why run it from a DVD if you already have the ISO? It's better to run it from the ISO.

2. Why are you trying to burn the content back to a disc, if you already have it on disc (since you need the original disc of a game to legally own the ISO to begin with).

The game have more than 4 years and the original DVD just dont run in my PS2 but in the PC it runs.
So I transformed the dvd in a ISO and used the emulator, but I dont have much space in the HD and soon I ill have to erase it so I burned it in a rewritable disc and my PS2 is a untouched one so I cant run the game anymore.

Because of this I need to know how can I use Rewritable discs in the emulator.

PS: Rewritable discs have longer life than usual DVDs, so I can store and when I buy a new HD I transform it again in a ISO and put in the computer.

PS2 logo? Do you run games by using file->run CD\DVD? Also DVD-RW are rather slow, but the newer versions of PCSX2 run games from regular DVDs not half bad.

Besides, were you able to run the game from the iso?

I used the DVD dcrypter to transform the ISO in a data disc but the PCSX2 can't run it, something like illegal disc, I presume it is te format(DVD-RW) but I was hopping to have other way to use the dvd-rws
