A upgrade to AthlonXP 1900 or a Geforce3 Ti500?

Which do you think would give me the biggest bang for the buck?

Why in the world do you already want to upgrade when most of your stuff is already some of the best available? You wouldn't see all that much of a performance upgrade with either, unless you just really have to have fast FSAA. Just wait until the next generation or two of stuff comes out.
