Hi, I'm new but I got a problem about my graphics plugin,

Whenever I tried running a PS2 CD, it always displays an error stating I need to update my Directx. But my directx is already updated to Directx 10!! What is the problem with this?

I'm using windows Vista Home Basic, Service Pack 2, and my processor is AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3800+ 2.20Ghz. If someone gives me the proper plug-in or solution, I really appreciate it. Gsdx sse2, sse3 and sse4 displays the same error.

even if you have directx 10 there are still updates to directx 9 and 10, download the directx web updater from microsoft.

Also,

my pscx2 keeps freezing and crashing whenever I play a game. (It keeps displaying the error message that the game has stop working). It is very annoying, espeically if i were about to save the game. How can I boost the speed with my processor?
