for soem reason when i use CDVDbin driver 0.67(which is displayed on my dropdown menu as 0.65) plugin for my cdvd driver. i load the game and from File>Run CD (when i selected my image in the donfig) it says "the file you picked is not a usable CD/DVD image" ? can anone help me out there. (loading FFX from my disk)

i think that what Bositman said to you
is that you cant use CDVDbin to run a PS2 game disk because you will need a back up for the game in .iso format or another image format so that this plugin can read it
but you can read the disc without having to make an image if you use another plugin
like p.e.o.p.s, just put the letter of the drive where is the game

is there a p.e.o.p.s CDVD driver available for v0.8 it dsont show on my dropdown menu... i dont know about using anyother plugin, but when i use Linuzappz Iso CDVD and run the game it dosnt load the game up for some reason ... i tried to go through the bios but wehn i get to the browser screen.. it has 2 memory card icons and no disk icon. My Manual for my official PS2 says it should have a mem card and a disk icon.

CDVDbin or Linuzappz Iso CDVD will never read from a disk
for that you will have to use a tool like clone cd
and make a copy of "your" ps2 game disk
or you can try with pete's plugin

i under stand that linuz and CDVDbin wont read fomr teh disk.. i got that from your last post. But like my first sentence states. I cant seem to locate the pete's plugin on my dropdown menu even though i put it into my plugin folder, I was asking if there is a pete's CDVD plugin that is compatable with psx2 0.8?\\
