Sheesh, read readme's people...

MDECs have bilinear-filtering by default, that option makes them unfiltered, which will make them look worse, but they'll be faster...

Well...yeah...to people with a 266 Mhz or something. Most of the machines at my home (ranging from 400 Mhz to 900 Mhz) have no problems with slow MDECS.

in the D3D mode, cross the option, because if not, the filtering will be done 2 times!

in the OpenGL mode, don't cross the option, because the video will not be filtered at all!
