I have Diamond and Pearl, and I can save but when I go to Battery the save file is not there and when I go to play diamond or pearl It starts me all over again. idk whats the problem.

Never encountered this specific error before, so I'll just be able to offer some mindmapping:
- Is your savetype set to Flash 512k (2.6) or Auto (2.6a)?
- Do you have enough free space on the drive you run No$ from?
- Does your drive have any write-protection that might be enabled (in case of an external HD)?
- Is No$ decompressed?
- Do you have other games that can save?

well I got the save to work but it's not at 512kb like it should be for pokesav.

Open no$gba.ini and edit "SAV/SNA File Format" to Uncompressed.

the save file doesnt actually need to be big for pokesav
